Frequently asked

How long does it take to quit vaping?
Physical withdrawal peaks around days 2-4 and largely resolves inside four weeks. The behavioural side (cues, situations, routines) fades over roughly 8-12 weeks. Most quitters stop thinking about vaping daily somewhere between weeks 6 and 12.
Is cold turkey or tapering better?
Long-term quit rates are similar. Cold turkey has a shorter total withdrawal window but a harder first week. Tapering is easier day one but stretches mild withdrawal over weeks. Whichever you commit to and schedule matters more than which you pick.
